The Device Last Seen compliance email is only a notice and and will not apply any extra restrictions to your device.
This notice serves the purpose of alerting the user that their device has not communicated with our Airwatch server for x amount of time. This either means that (1) the device has been offline (not connected to the internet), (2) the filter has been compromised by deliberate removal, or is malfunctioning. You can resolve this issue by connecting the device to the internet, launching the Agent app on the device and checking the connectivity status.
If you are frequently seeing these emails due to being offline, you can request a change to your notification policy for a longer time period before being notified.
