Install Certificates #
This problem will usually show up right after installing the filter. Follow the link below to the tutorial.
How to Install Certificates on Android
If you’ve already installed the certificates then move to the next option.
Turn off in-app Browser in the Google App #
If you have installed certificates and you just get the connection not private message when you’re opening search results from the Google app you need to turn off the in-app browser in the Google app.
- On the page where you get the connection not private message hit the 3 dot menu button. This will be in the corner.
- Tap the Browser settings option.
If there is no Browser settings option in the menu then likely this is not an issue on your phone. Make sure you’ve installed certificates and contact CloudVeil support if the problem persists. - Turn off the option to Open web pages in the Google app.
